I wouldn't recommend using 12Go.asia in Bali to anyone! We booked the tickets a day in advance. When we arrived at the port, we were told that our names were not on the list - we had to wait 2 hours! The staff there said that this happens more often here, so it's better to always book your tickets locally.

I don't understand so many negative comments, really. In my case it was a great trip, it left 20 minutes late, yes, but the last hour and a half we went upstairs and it was amazing. We kept very good memories and we saw some dolphins from above.

Not sure why other reviews aren't so great. They might have sailed in bad weather. But everything went well on our trip - check in was quick, the boat boarded and left on time and sailing was smooth. It took about 2 hours to reach Gili T from Bali.
