12Go is really helping with the ticket, though this time kinda' late in processing, and it will be great if you guys ask me about the seat before booking it ???? As for the bus, everything is ok, but the leg space is quite close and it's really tiring for the leg, especially for 5-6 hours ride ????

Bus was on time, staff were friendly and it was a comfortable journey. On board there were blankets on each seat, a bottle of water, a snack and a TV and headset to watch movies or listen to music. Air conditioning worked well and wasn't too cold but this may be as we were travelling during the day. We had one rest stop of 30 mins when we were given a toothbrush and toothpaste and a wet towel. Driving was a bit careless, braking at the last minute and lots of being thrown around the bus, especially when there are no seatbelts on board. Overall a good experience and a comfortable journey but just 1 toilet stop over 7 hours was not enough. There should be at least 2 stops.
