We traveled from Hat Yai to Kuala Lumpur - no complaints, we sat on the front seats, which reclined a lot, were soft and comfortable, it was possible to stretch your legs, charge your phone and even wifi! From minuses only that there is no dry rations and that in Malay buses there is no toilet. But this is not even a minus, as there are several stops to the toilet, and the bus does not have a terrible smell of toilet. To summarize: Stock up on food and water on the road, but I highly recommend this carrier.

The seats are very comfortable. As I traveled alone, I chose the single seat in the online booking which was smooth. It was a night trip so when I requested to change my destination from hentian duta to TBS, they said fine. If I changed the time though, I have to pay 10 MYR more. I was a bit worried because the bus has no terminal and passengers has to stay in a waiting area/office and I wasn't given an instruction like this. I thought that there will be a terminal for the bus to wait. Everything went well after the motorcycle brought me to the office and charged me 100baht. Thank you for the safe trip.
